Bookshelf Update

The bookshelves are progressing nicely.  The base cabinets are in place, the mantle is installed, and the uppers are mounted.  Also the wiring is roughed in for the entertainment (power, cable tv, and speaker wires).

The strapping on the wall is for mounting the plywood on the back wall.  This gives us a solid backing to mount a television, and also gives us a chase to hide the cables that must run to said television.

The remaining work will be to install all of the skins in the upper portion, tile the fireplace surround and hearth, install potlights in the ceiling, and complete the trim details.
